Life moves quickly, but our bodies and hearts don't.

Many people feel overwhelmed or disconnected not because something is wrong, but because they were never taught tools to navigate stress and change.

We created SENVO to offer those tools.

A space to slow down.

A space to reconnect through play, creativity, breath, and movement.

A space where resilience grows naturally from listening to yourself rather than fixing yourself.

Kas Szatylowicz

Kas has a strong foundation in somatic‑informed practice with training in Hakomi psychotherapy (in-progress), yoga, and more than 10 years of Vipassana meditation. She has experience leading mindfulness group sessions and over the years has completed several psychedelic integration workshops.

With a corporate background, Kas brings practical insight into stress management, performance, and interpersonal dynamics. She supports individuals in strengthening regulation skills, increasing self‑awareness, and exploring inner patterns such as inner child dynamics with grounded presence and clarity.

Vanessa’s work is grounded in professional trainings in trauma-informed, somatic, and nervous-system-based approaches, including Hakomi-based psychotherapy and IFS-inspired work. With a strong background in psychology and organizational contexts, she creates spaces that support inner safety, presence, and self-contact beyond performance and pressure. 

In her work, Vanessa creates spaces where people can slow down, sense more clearly, and reconnect with themselves beyond performance, strategies, or self-optimization. Her approach is not about fixing, but about cultivating inner stability, presence, and choice especially in times of stress, transition, or deep personal inquiry. She's a certified yoga teacher since 2013.

To sense, to notice, to listen, to be aware. It evokes sentience, sensing, and the calm of zen.

VO

The voice within, vitality, and the natural unfolding of change. From Latin volvere, "to turn or evolve."

SENVO brings these together: to sense and evolve.

To grow from awareness, not force. To move through life with more clarity, grounding, and inner steadiness.

SENVO is a space for coming back to yourself.
