General Terms and Conditions
(GTC)

Scope and Provider
(1) These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services, yoga classes, workshops, retreats, and coaching sessions (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) provided by SENVO.space, Brinerstrasse 3, 8003 Zurich (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) to customers.
(2) The version of the GTC valid at the time of registration shall apply. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not be recognized unless the Provider expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

Subject Matter of the Contract and Registration
(1) The subject matter of the contract is defined by the service description on the website or in the individual offer.
(2) Registration for courses/coaching takes place [online via the website / by email] and is binding. The contract is concluded upon booking confirmation by the Provider.
(3) The Provider is entitled to cancel courses due to an insufficient number of participants or due to force majeure (e.g., illness of the yoga teacher or coach).

Fees and Payment
(1) The prices valid at the time of registration shall apply. All prices are final prices / plus statutory value-added tax, where applicable.
(2) Unless otherwise agreed, the fee is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice, without deduction.
(3) In the event of default in payment, the Provider reserves the right to exclude the participant from the service.

Cancellation and Rebooking by the Customer
(1) Yoga classes/workshops: Cancellations are possible up to 14 days before the start of the course. Thereafter, 50% of the fee will be charged unless a replacement participant is provided.
(2) Individual coaching sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Missed appointments or short-notice cancellations will be charged in full.
(3) Cancellations must be made in text form (email).

Participation Requirements and Personal Responsibility
(1) Participation in yoga and coaching is at the participant’s own risk and responsibility.
(2) The customer undertakes to inform the Provider before the start of the course about any health restrictions, acute illnesses, or pregnancy. In case of doubt, a physician should be consulted.
(3) Coaching is not therapy or medical treatment and does not replace such treatment.

Limitation of Liability
(1) The Provider shall be liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health that are based on intentional or negligent breaches of duty.
(2) For all other damages, the Provider shall only be liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.
(3) No liability is assumed for valuables brought by participants.

Copyright and Data Protection
(1) All materials provided (scripts, videos, audio files) are protected by copyright and may not be passed on to third parties.
(2) The privacy policy (in accordance with the GDPR) is available on the website.

Online Services (Online Yoga/Coaching)
(1) The customer is responsible for providing the necessary technical requirements (internet access, software).
(2) There is no entitlement to a refund in the event of technical problems on the customer’s side.

Final Provisions
(1) Swiss law shall apply.
(2) Place of jurisdiction is Brinerstrasse 3, 8003, Zurich
(3) Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid.
